Industrial auction pickup in Hannover and Lower Saxony: your lot collected, packed and shipped abroad.
Online industrial auctions sell machines, tools, measuring equipment and spare parts stock from closed plants and insolvencies across Lower Saxony, Bremen and Hamburg, and the buyer has to collect within a short window at the plant. If you are in the USA, the UAE, India or South Africa, that is a problem. We collect your lot on the collection day with your authorisation and the auctioneer's release, bring it to our workshop in Hannover, pack it for export, prepare the invoice and export declaration and ship it to you. Lots up to about a pallet we handle ourselves; for large machines we route you to a specialist forwarder before you bid.
The short version.
Online industrial and insolvency auctions with collection sites at plants in Hannover, Braunschweig, Wolfsburg, Celle, Hildesheim, Göttingen, Bremen and Hamburg.
Tooling, measuring and test equipment, electronic and control components, pumps, motors, small machines, spare parts stock, laboratory and workshop equipment, up to about a pallet per lot.
Machine tools, presses, production lines and anything that needs a crane or a dismantling crew. We tell you before you bid, so you can get a forwarder's quote first.
You send us the auctioneer's invoice and release and a short written authorisation. We present it at the plant and sign for the lot in your name.
The auction invoice is the basis for the commercial invoice; we add HS codes, origin where known, your importer details and file the export declaration. Used goods are declared as used.
Collection windows at industrial auctions are usually a few fixed days a few weeks after the sale. Send us the lot details as soon as you win.
Checked October 2026. Customs rules and carrier limits change; your quote states what applies on the day.
From the winning bid to the crate: how an industrial auction lot leaves Germany.
Before you bid: tell us the lot
Send the lot number, the catalogue photos and the auction's dimensions and weights. We tell you quickly whether it is something we collect and pack ourselves, what the collection conditions at that plant mean in practice and roughly what packing and transport will involve. For a machine that needs a crane or dismantling we say so and point you to a forwarder, before you commit.
Collection at the plant
Industrial auctions release lots only on fixed collection days and only against the paid invoice and a release. We book the slot, drive to the plant with your authorisation, check the lot against the catalogue, photograph it and sign the release. Lots are often shelved or bundled; we bring pallets and straps for the handover. From the plant the lot goes to our workshop in Hannover.
Packing used equipment for export
Used machines and tools come without packaging, often with oil, coolant or loose parts. Fluids have to be drained before handover where the carrier requires it; we seal what remains, secure loose parts, and build a crate or strap the lot to a pallet so that it survives air freight or a road and sea journey. Photos before and after packing go to you.
Customs for used goods
The auction invoice is the proof of value and purchase. We prepare the commercial invoice from it, with the HS code of the equipment and the note that the goods are used, file the EU export declaration and send you the exit confirmation. Some countries restrict the import of used machinery or need an inspection certificate or an import permit; we tell you what we know for your destination before packing, and the detail is on our country pages.
Transport
Parcels and small crates travel by DHL Express, UPS or FedEx; larger crates and pallets by air freight door to door or by sea freight on request. Insurance for the value you name is available and starts with your written confirmation. Your customs broker or the carrier's broker clears the import with our documents.
