We only ship what we collect ourselves. That keeps the responsibility for your goods in one pair of hands from the supplier's door to yours, and it draws a clear line on the map: we collect across Lower Saxony and in the city states of Bremen and Hamburg, from our own centres in Hannover, Celle, Hamburg, Bremen, Bremerhaven, Stuhr and Braunschweig. Suppliers in other parts of Germany we serve on request, with a surcharge for the distance, or we tell you that another route is better.

Celle, Uelzen, Soltau, Walsrode and Nienburg from our centre in Celle. Drilling, geo-energy and machinery suppliers in the Celle cluster.
Bremen, Bremerhaven and Stuhr from our own centres; Delmenhorst, Oldenburg and Osnabrück on request. Aerospace, wind and port suppliers.

What the collection area means for your shipment.
Collection by our own people, not a subcontractor
Within the area, collection is done by our own drivers and centres. The driver checks the goods against the delivery note, signs the handover and brings them to our workshop in Hannover, where they are photographed and packed. There is no hand-off to a third party between the supplier and the carrier, which is why we can take responsibility for the whole route.

Outside the area
For suppliers in Berlin, Kassel, Dortmund, Münster or further away we quote collection with a distance surcharge, or have the supplier ship to Hannover by a domestic carrier at low cost, which is often the better route. Full truckloads, heavy machinery and project cargo anywhere in Germany we refer to a forwarder.
Industrial auctions in the area
Buyers at industrial auctions in Lower Saxony, Bremen and Hamburg use us to collect lots from the auction site, pack them and export them. Online industrial auctioneers run sales at closed plants in the region regularly; see our page on industrial auction pickups.
Four steps from Hannover to your door.
- You write to us
Supplier and order number, or where the goods are, plus your delivery address. We reply within one working day with a quote that covers collection, packing, export documents and transport.
- We collect
At the supplier, the plant or the fairground, with your authorisation where needed, across northwest Germany. Items are photographed on arrival in Hannover.
- We pack and declare
Made-to-measure packing or a wooden crate, export declaration with EU exit confirmation, commercial invoice with the right HS codes for the destination country's customs. You pay our invoice after packing, by card or PayPal.
- Delivery to your door
DHL Express, UPS or FedEx with tracking, insured on request for the value you name. Import duty and tax are collected by the carrier on arrival; our country pages tell you what to expect.

Do you collect in Braunschweig and Wolfsburg?
Yes, with our own centre in Braunschweig, usually within one to two working days after your order.
Do you collect in Bremen and Hamburg?
Yes, from our own centres in Bremen, Bremerhaven, Stuhr and Hamburg.
Can you collect in Berlin, Dortmund or Munich?
On request with a distance surcharge, or we have the supplier ship to Hannover domestically, which is usually cheaper. Project cargo and heavy machinery we refer to a forwarder.
Why do you only ship what you collect yourselves?
Because responsibility for the goods then stays with one company from the supplier's door to yours. We know what was handed over, how it was packed and who carried it.
How fast is collection in Hannover?
Usually within one working day if the goods are ready; the date is confirmed with the quote.
Where do goods go after collection?
To our workshop in Hannover, Günther-Wagner-Allee 13-17, where they are photographed, packed and declared for export.
