Packing and transport from one hand
Goods are packed in our own workshop in Hannover: cartons with cushioning, pallets, wooden crates built to measure. Transport goes by DHL Express, UPS or FedEx for parcels and small crates, by air freight door to door for larger crates and pallets, road or sea freight on request. Insurance for the value you name is available and starts with your written confirmation.
What we are not
We are not a freight forwarder for containers, project cargo or trucks, not a customs broker in your country, and not a parcel forwarding address for consumer shopping. For those we tell you honestly and, where we can, name someone who does it.

Made-to-measure packing or a wooden crate, export declaration with EU exit confirmation, commercial invoice with the right HS codes for the destination country's customs. You pay our invoice after packing, by card or PayPal.
- Delivery to your door
DHL Express, UPS or FedEx with tracking, insured on request for the value you name. Import duty and tax are collected by the carrier on arrival; our country pages tell you what to expect.

Do you speak English?

How small can a shipment be?
A single spare part or document is fine. The same process applies, just with a carton instead of a crate.
Can you collect in Bremen or Hamburg as well as Hannover?
Yes. We have own centres in Hannover, Celle, Hamburg, Bremen, Bremerhaven, Stuhr and Braunschweig and collect across Lower Saxony.
Do you handle customs?
Export customs in Germany, yes: export declaration, commercial invoice, packing list, origin statement. Import clearance in your country is done by the carrier's broker or your own broker with our documents.
Can you store goods for me?
Short storage while a shipment comes together is part of the service. Longer storage and fulfilment are quoted separately.
How do I pay?
After packing, by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal, before the shipment leaves Hannover.
