The short version.

Where we collect

Hannover, Celle, Braunschweig, Wolfsburg, Hildesheim, Hamburg, Bremen, Bremerhaven and the rest of Lower Saxony. Other German regions only on request.

What we ship

Machine parts, electronic modules, pumps, valves, sensors, tooling, service kits and small assemblies from a single part up to a pallet. Heavier machines go to a specialist forwarder, we tell you before you order.

Transit

Express door to door in 1 to 3 working days to the USA, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Singapore, South Africa and most other countries, plus customs clearance on arrival.

Documents

Commercial invoice with HS codes, packing list, EU export declaration with exit confirmation, origin statement where a trade agreement lowers your duty. We use the HS code your supplier states on the delivery note.

Dangerous goods

Parts with lithium batteries, aerosols, oils or magnets are checked case by case against the carrier's dangerous goods rules. Tell us what is inside before we quote; some items we cannot take.

Export control

Controlled dual-use parts need a BAFA licence before they leave the EU. We ask your supplier for the classification and do not ship until it is clear.

Checked October 2026. Customs rules and carrier limits change; your quote states what applies on the day.

02 · In detail

How an urgent spare part leaves Hannover.

You send us the supplier and the order

An e-mail with the supplier's name and address, the order or delivery note number, your delivery address and, if you have it, the HS code and weight is enough. We reply within one working day with a quote for collection, packing, documents and transport. If the part is ready, we collect in Hannover usually within one working day and elsewhere in Lower Saxony within one to two working days; the exact date is agreed in the quote.

Your supplier only needs to hand it over

Many German parts suppliers sell ex works and do not ship outside the EU. That is normal and not a problem: the supplier releases the part to us with your order number, we take it over with a signed handover and photograph it on arrival in our workshop. The supplier invoices you without German VAT once we give them the customs exit confirmation.

Packing for a courier network

A spare part that travels by express goes through sorting belts and several aircraft. We pack it accordingly: foam or paper cushioning, double wall cartons, wooden crates for heavy or sharp parts, strapping to a pallet for anything above parcel size. Original supplier packaging is rarely enough for an international express lane.

Customs documents that clear at the first attempt

The commercial invoice carries the right HS code, the value, the currency, the country of origin and your importer details. Shipments above 1,000 euros or 1,000 kg get an electronic EU export declaration; the exit confirmation comes back to us and we forward it to you and your supplier. Where the EU has a trade agreement with your country, we add the origin statement so you pay less or no duty.

Express, air freight or road

Parcels up to about 70 kg per piece travel by DHL Express, UPS or FedEx. Crates and pallets go as air freight door to door, road within Europe or sea freight on request. You tell us how urgent it is and we quote the fastest sensible option, with the tracking number sent as soon as the shipment leaves Hannover.

03 · How it works

Four steps from Hannover to your door.

  1. You write to us

Supplier and order number, or where the goods are, plus your delivery address. We reply within one working day with a quote that covers collection, packing, export documents and transport.

  2. We collect

At the supplier, the plant or the fairground, with your authorisation where needed, across northwest Germany. Items are photographed on arrival in Hannover.

  3. We pack and declare

Made-to-measure packing or a wooden crate, export declaration with EU exit confirmation, commercial invoice with the right HS codes for the destination country's customs. You pay our invoice after packing, by card or PayPal.

  4. Delivery to your door

DHL Express, UPS or FedEx with tracking, insured on request for the value you name. Import duty and tax are collected by the carrier on arrival; our country pages tell you what to expect.

04 · Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How fast can a spare part be collected in Hannover?

If the supplier has the part ready, usually within one working day in Hannover and within one to two working days in Celle, Braunschweig, Wolfsburg, Bremen or Hamburg. The collection date is confirmed with the quote.

My supplier does not ship outside Germany. Can you collect and forward?

Yes. That is most of what we do for business customers. Give the supplier our address and your order number, we collect, pack, prepare the export documents and ship to you.

Which documents do I receive?

Commercial invoice, packing list, the EU export declaration with exit confirmation, the carrier's tracking and, where it applies, an origin statement. Your customs broker or the carrier's broker uses them to clear the import.

Can you ship parts from several suppliers together?

Yes. We hold parts from different suppliers in Hannover and ship them as one consolidated shipment with one invoice and one customs entry, which usually saves transport and clearance fees.

Do you ship parts with lithium batteries or oil?

Case by case. Batteries, aerosols, oils and strong magnets fall under the carriers' dangerous goods rules and need the right packing, labels and paperwork; some we can take, some not. Tell us what the part contains before we quote.

What does it cost?

Every shipment is quoted individually within one working day, depending on size, weight, destination, packing and speed. There is no price list; the quote states collection, packing, documents and transport as one figure.
