Consolidation · Hannover · one shipment

Parts consolidation in Hannover: several German suppliers, one export shipment to your door.

Ten parcels from ten suppliers mean ten express charges and ten customs entries on your side. We receive all of them at our warehouse in Hannover, check them against your orders, repack them in one crate or on one pallet and ship them as a single consignment with one commercial invoice. You pay one transport charge and your customs broker files one entry.

01 · At a glance

The short version.

How it starts

You tell us which suppliers are shipping and roughly when. Each supplier delivers to Hannover with your reference, or we collect in northwest Germany.

Receiving

Every delivery is photographed with its delivery note and booked under your name. Missing or damaged items are reported straight away so you can take it up with the supplier before the shipment leaves.

Repacking

Supplier cartons are opened only if needed. We build one export carton, crate or pallet so that nothing moves and the heavy parts sit at the bottom.

Documents

One commercial invoice listing every item with its HS code, value and origin, one packing list, one EU export declaration. Origin statements per item where a trade agreement applies.

Rhythm

One-off consolidation for a project, or a weekly or monthly shipment for companies that buy from Germany regularly, with fixed collection days and fixed rates from January to October.

Storage

Short storage while the shipment comes together is part of the service. Longer storage, stock keeping and order picking are quoted as fulfilment.

Checked October 2026. Customs rules and carrier limits change; your quote states what applies on the day.

02 · In detail

Why one consolidated shipment is cheaper and easier than ten parcels.

Transport costs fall with every parcel you combine

Express tariffs have a high fixed share per shipment and a low share per kilogram. Ten parcels of 5 kg cost far more than one shipment of 50 kg. Above about 70 kg the shipment moves from the parcel network to air freight or a pallet service, which is cheaper again per kilogram. We tell you where that point lies for your destination.

One customs entry instead of ten

Every import entry costs a clearance fee and the attention of your broker. With one consolidated invoice your broker files one entry, your duty is calculated once and nothing is held at the border because a single supplier forgot a value or an HS code. We also catch mistakes on supplier documents before the shipment leaves Germany.

Checking in Hannover saves claims later

Short deliveries, wrong part numbers and transport damage are easier to resolve while the goods are still in Germany and the supplier is a phone call away. We photograph every item on arrival and compare it with your order list. You get the photos and decide whether to ship, wait or send something back.

Regular buyers get fixed days and fixed rates

Companies that source from Germany every month agree a rhythm with us: suppliers deliver to Hannover during the month, the consolidated shipment leaves on a fixed day, you receive one invoice per shipment. Rates stay fixed from January to October; November and December are peak season with carrier surcharges and are agreed separately.

04 · Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How many suppliers can you consolidate?

There is no limit. The usual case is three to fifteen suppliers per shipment. Each delivery is booked under your reference when it arrives.

What happens if one supplier is late?

You decide: we ship what is there and send the late part separately, or we hold the whole shipment until it is complete. We report every arrival so you always know what is in Hannover.

Can you repack into a wooden crate?

Yes. Crates are built to measure in our own workshop for machines, instruments and mixed heavy parts. Lighter mixed consignments go on a strapped pallet or in double wall cartons.

Who appears on the commercial invoice?

You as the importer, we as the exporter and shipper, each supplier's goods as line items with HS code, value, quantity and country of origin. Supplier invoices can be attached if your customs require them.

Do you store goods between shipments?

Yes. A few days or weeks while a shipment comes together is included. Longer storage and stock keeping are quoted as a fulfilment service.

Which countries do you consolidate for?

All countries we ship to: USA, Canada, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Singapore, South Africa, Nigeria, Australia and others. For countries with special import rules we tell you what the documents need before the first shipment.
